List Of Documents Needed

  • Current Passport Bio-page clear scan copy.
  • Recently taken 2 copies 35mm*45mm photographs with white background (Matt Paper) and without border. Please note, photographs should not be more than 3 months old and should not be used in any of the previous visas.
  • Two active phone numbers of applicant and an e-mail address are required.
  • Name, phone number and address of local guarantor.
  • Proof of occupation (given below based on specific occupation).
  • Proof of finance: Bank statement of last 6 months and bank solvency certificate.
  • Round trip air ticket booking copy.
  • First applicant can sponsor father, mother, spouse and children.
  • For documents in other foreign languages (including Bengali) must be translated into English and shall be certified by a credible translator and a notary public.
  • If married couple are travelling together and spouse name does not appear in the passport, notary translated Nikah Nama and notarized Marriage Certificates are required with photocopy.
  • If minor is traveling with one parent, consent letter from another parent is required.
  • In case of minor traveling with family notarized birth certificate is required.

Requirements for private service holder:

  • NOC from employer (authorized person number must be included in the NOC).
  • Office ID copy (front side and backside photocopy in one page).
  • Visiting card 2 copies.
  • Last 6 months bank statements of salary account and bank solvency certificate are required. If salary account can not be provided, monthly salary certificate and salary pay slips of last 3 months also needed.

Requirements for business person:

  • Valid trade license clear photocopy and original notary translated copy required.
  • Visiting card 2 copies.
  • Business letter pad 2 copies
  • Bank statements of last 6 months and bank solvency certificate.
  • Memorandum of article for limited company if the applicant name is not mentioned in the trade license.

Requirements for retired person:

  • Copy of retirement certificate (if in Bengali notary translated copy needed with photocopy).
  • Bank statements of last 6 months and bank solvency certificate.

Requirements for lawyer:

  • Bar council certificate or leave letter from a law firm.
  • Office ID copy (front side and backside photocopy in one page).
  • Visiting card 2 copies.
  • Bank statements of last 6 months and bank solvency certificate.

Requirements for doctor:

  • BMDC certificate or leave letter from hospital.
  • Office ID copy (front side and backside photocopy in one page).
  • Visiting card 2 copies.
  • Bank statements of last 6 months and bank solvency certificate.

Requirements for student:

  • Student ID copy (front side and backside photocopy in one page) or a recommendation letter from the educational institution.
  • Sponsorship letter from his or her sponsor.
  • Bank Statements of last 6 months and bank solvency certificate of sponsor.
