Terms and Conditions

Clear terms for travel requests, bookings, and support.

These terms apply when a customer uses Bhuban Majhi Travel and Tourism Ltd. for flight, hotel, tour, or visa support.

Service use

Customers must provide accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses, travel dates, passenger information, and documents. Airline, hotel, visa, and supplier rules may apply to each booking.

Booking confirmation

A request is not final until the supplier confirms availability and the booking status is shown or communicated by our desk. Flight fares can change until the supplier confirms the booking or ticket issue.

Availability and stock status

Flight seats, hotel rooms, tour slots, and visa service capacity are shown as available only when the product or service can be requested. If any product or service is unavailable, it should be marked as unavailable or out of stock before checkout.

Payment and delivery

Payment instructions are shared through the desk or approved payment gateway. Delivery time is inside dhaka: up to 5 days and outside dhaka: up to 10 days where physical delivery is required.

Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking passenger names, passport or NID details, visa requirements, baggage rules, refund rules, and travel dates before confirming a booking.
