Travel products are service-based. Refund eligibility depends on the airline, hotel, tour, visa, or supplier policy attached to the booking.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days after the supplier confirms eligibility and the customer provides the required payment details.

Non-refundable items

Some fares, visa service fees, supplier charges, cancellation penalties, and administrative fees may be non-refundable. These rules are shared before or during the confirmation step where available.

Return policy

Physical documents or delivered travel materials must be returned in the same condition if a return is requested and accepted by the desk.
